God called Dan into ministry as a teenager in his hometown of Bowie, Maryland. After 15 years of vocational ministry in Maryland and southern Indiana, God started to birth a new calling in his heart; a call to missions work. In September 2015, Dan and his family moved to Richmond as church planting missionaries to begin Crosspoint Church. Dan’s passion is to preach God’s Word, shepherd His people, lead in missions, and teach the church to honor Jesus in their homes and communities. Dan is a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned his Masters of Divinity in Missions, Evangelism and Church Growth. Dan and Chris were married 15 years ago and love being in ministry together as a team. They have four kids; Ellie, Zach, Josiah, and Noah. Dan loves spending time with his family, reading theology, playing sports and (his new found hobby)- watching the Avengers movies. Dan’s favorite books are Family Shepherds, Family Driven Faith, Dangerous Calling, Preach , and all the 9 Marks of a Healthy Church books.
Brandon Doyle married Stephanie in May of 2014 and graduated with a bachelor degree in Missions from Boyce College in May of 2015. He first felt God's call into vocational ministry while in high school. After some years studying education and art in college, Brandon surrendered to God's calling and transferred over to Boyce College. Brandon and Stephanie felt God leading them towards church planting during the year or so leading up to their marriage. This call to church planting lead them to seek out opportunities and possibilities to serve alongside Dan and Chris Conrades. The desire for the two families to plant together was answered when God brought them to Richmond, Indiana. While serving as Associate Pastor at Crosspoint Church, Brandon also works as a collegiate missionary to the multiple campuses in Richmond. He desires to be used by God in His movements throughout these colleges.

Matt is one of our newest Crosspoint Deacons. He likes manly things, like sledge hammers, lawn mowers, and the movie "The Princess Bride," which happens to be his favorite movie. Matt has an associates degree in Accounting and he is going for an associates degree in electrical engineering. Matt also enjoys taking care of the church property, whether that means mowing, busting up concrete, bush trimming, or any type of landscaping. He is happy to help in any way that he can. To quote Matt “People are always, always, more important than money.”
